We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t fault the hospitality. The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming, the food was very good, and the service was excellent throughout. The hotel is clean, well maintained, and in a perfect location for a relaxing weekend away. The only small downside was the pool — it would have been perfect if it were heated. Overall, a great experience and we would happily return.

Ho soggiornato una notte in questo resort con il mio fidanzato durante il nostro safari. La casina che ci è stata assegnata era sporca e il bagno presentava incrostazioni evidenti. Arredamento da rivedere. Puzza di fogna nauseante proveniente dal tombino posto sotto il patio della casina per tutta la notte. Pochi piatti e quindi poca scelta, non all'altezza degli altri sentrim in cui abbiamo alloggiato. Bella la vista sul lago.

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel with our 3 kids. We had the worst time here among the 3 resorts that we stayed which was a pity because this was the resort with the maximum potential for being the best for our kids. The approach road to the resort is pathetic and completely off road. The reception staff were impolite and quite rude even at the time of checking in. The bell boys accompanied us to the room and kept waiting for a tip and when I gave a tip to one of the bellboy, the other came and demanded to know how much I gave and whether it was for both or for only that person. It was utterly embarrassing and unprofessional. This set the tone for the entire resort experience. There was no WiFi services in the room even though they told there was WiFi everywhere. On asking, they told that our room was quite far off which was the reason for the poor connectivity. But the network was patch even at the reception and everywhere else. Where the WiFi strength was decent, the network speed was awful with speeds in kbps reminding me of dial up era. We were given 2 interconnecting rooms and the rooms were quite spacious and had basic amenities available including mosquito net and table fan. The bathrooms provided 24*7 hot water and was the only resort ( which we stayed) which had faucet/bidet facilities. The restaurant had a quite extensive buffet section and the taste was also quite good but there lots of bees in the dessert section. They also have a sports bar which was playing premier league matches. The TVs in the room do not work though. They had a small pool which we tried but was a bad idea as the water was ice cold and it was not very clean. They also have a small slide and play area for the kids. There were a couple of other play activities for the kids. The resort overlooks the lake but we could not see any flamingos on the 2 days we stayed there as well as the Colombus monkeys which are apparently residents in the resort.

I don’t have enough words to describe what a wonderful experience we had at Sentrim L Elementaita. Bumped into the place by chance and it turned out to be amazing. Amazing staff right from the managers to the waiters, cleaners, porters and guards. All of them were welcomimg, accomodative and kind. Spacious clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Fantastic breakfast with many options. Fairly okay bouffet with many options. The most breathtaking view of Lake Elementaita. Great prices. Can’t wait to be back.

Just got an average stay on 25th December Booked Lake View rooms but was highly disappointed As suggested by Balaji travels went for early check in to get lake view rooms but of No avail As Senior Citizens wanted to enjoy the Lake from the balcony of our rooms and rest but not given after several request At the Time of Booking in November we were told Rooms are allotted at the Reception during Check in Time but Alas highly disappointed

After having such excellent service at the Sentrim Maasai Mara, we had high expectations for this resort. It's a beautiful setting right on a large lake, with nice views. The buffet restaurant had plenty of stations and always some freshly cooked options. The let-downs: - Check-in was an issue as we had requested adjoining rooms or nearby for our kids (10 &14). They told us they were full and were trying to convince us to have rooms 100 yards apart and that we had no choice. After a lot of fuss, they were able to get us within 100 feet of each other. - He told us that the restaurant was outdoors, but under cover. I asked if I should use bug spray and was told that there was no need. I shouldn't have listened. Constant biting at dinner. - The room was ok, but there was no netting around the bed, so I spent a while spraying and swatting mosquitos in our room before going to bed. When I stood on a chair to spray, I noticed thousands of dead mosquitos on top of the wardrobe. - The staff were pleasant, but the main guy checking us in was trying to be over-friendly rather than honest and practical. The staff at the restaurant and reception were also ok, but not even similar to the team at the Sentrim Maasai Mara, which treated us like family and worked hard to make our stay a memorable experience.

We spent 2 nights here during a Safari trip in Amboseli Park. We are delighted with our stay. Very green hotel grounds, full of nature, rooms clean and very cosy, staff very helpful and friendly, food delicious, one of the best I have ever tasted on holiday. Highly recommend!

The location is right to the face of the lake elementaita, they offered us great service and made us feel special as it was our anniversary they danced and bought us cake with folk songs. It was a lovely experience and a very warm welcome, we did not feel like leaving at all! They also have bonfire at night in front of the lake which makes you feel really peaceful! They arranged a lake facing breakfast for us in the morning as well and did everything they could to make us feel special. A few mentions are : Mr Tony Mr David Mr Kevin Mr Charles! They did a splendid job making sure our stay was nothing less of a magical experience. I definitely recommend staying here if you are a couple.

Comparé aux superbes lodges des parcs nationaux, le Sentrim Elementaita fait un peu pale figure. C’est néanmoins un bel h?tel, situé au bord du lac et au bout d’une route assez éprouvante. L’h?tel en lui-même est un peu vieillot, et les chambres sont très spacieuses mais sans charme particulier. Néanmoins, le personnel est très agréable, notamment Charles à la réception, toujours souriant et de bonne humeur ! Les repas étaient bons, assez variés et servis sous forme de buffet, avec un large choix. Pensez à prendre un pull, les nuits sont fra?ches !
